Built on 25+ years of research conducted by my mother, Dr. Sibel Arda, the creator of The Mathematical System of Life, The Born Method™ combines ancient mathematical practices, modern physics, and behavioral data gathered from over 60,000 hours of analysis and 1:1 coaching.

About Me

This work is both personal and deeply grounded in data. I grew up with The Born Method™—originally developed by my mother as The Mathematical System of Life—where numbers guided everything from friendships to life decisions. After earning my master’s in Economics from Columbia and spending a decade in education, impact investing, and data strategy (directing $8M in funding to reach over 2M students and earning recognition as a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree), I now bring this legacy to others. I live in Miami with my husband and two sons, helping individuals, families, and businesses find clarity and timing through The Born Method™—where logic meets legacy, and numbers feel personal.
